This project involved the transformation of an antiquated apartment in a building on Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square as a backdrop for modern furnishings. Living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms were reconfigured with new details, lighting, and a series of custom designed elements.

A new kitchen was inserted in the corner of the apartment into a space expanded by combining rooms together. The Living Room is flanked on one side by large windows and on the other with built-in millwork bar and storage units. Each of the bathrooms in the apartment was totally renovated with new fixtures and finishes. One end of the Master Bedroom is framed by a reading alcove lined with new bookcases and cabinetry.
